Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) can detect disorders in several bodily organs.
  • 1. Brain - There are several types of brain disorders ranging from congenital disorders such as Epilepsy and varicose vain; aging-associated disorders such as stroke, varicose vane, paralysis, paresis and Alzheimer disease; and other disorders such as infection, tumor and arteritis. Patients with brain disorders usually have the following symptoms: headache, clonic, muscle weakness, loss of consciousness and behavior change.   • 2. Chest and Heart - MRI is effective in detecting tumors in lung or chest and also detecting disorders in heart and coronary artery with excellent ability in exploring coronary syndrome. Physicians may given the patients MRI examination for lung and chest if the patients cannot be given contrast media injection and CT scan or physicians do not want to treat with radiation.
  • 3. Upper and Lower Abdominal Cavity
    • - Upper Abdominal Cavity - Currently, MRI can detect disorders in liver, pancreas and biliary tract with precise diagnosis such as analyzing common and cancerous tumors.
    • - Lower Abdominal Cavity - MRI can effectively detect tumors and cancers in bodily organs and analyze type of tumors, including cancerous tumors, in uterus and ovary and precisely indicate the number of tumors, enabling indication of stage of the disease, distribution and effective medical treatment planning. Blood Vessel System - MRI can apparently detect disorders of blood vessel system in several bodily organs such as disorders in carotid arteries leading to Stroke which is now more frequently found and can be instantly cured.
