Last year was another year of growth for the company. In 2007/2008 (Q1), we reached a number of significant milestones: We were recognized for the third, consecutive year as one of the top three hospitals in Thailand in terms of excellent service and coordination by BUPA Health Insurance (Thailand); we were certified by Institute of Hospital Quality Improvement and Accreditation to receive Hospital Accreditation (HA); our laboratory department was certified to the ISO 15189 standard in medical laboratories by the Bureau of Laboratory Quality Standards, Department of Medical Science, Ministry of Public Health. It is the first hospital in Nonthaburi to receive this accreditation; our nutrition center received GMP/HACCP accreditation regarding our primary concern on cleanliness and safety of the food; and we had been receiving such amazing feedback from an opening of our new facility on Rattanathibet Road.

Looking ahead, the company will continue improving patient care in 2008. We are focusing on recruiting and retaining our clinical talents. We are striving to provide personalized care and service, as well as state-of-art technology to patients every time they come in contact with our organization. We hope to make sure patient satisfaction continues to significantly rise.
